Telephone
bookings remain firm for a period of five working days pending
return of booking form and deposit. A deposit of £70 secures
your booking with the remainder payable 28 days before your holiday.

The
hirer shall be responsible for the remainder of the rent and
any damage to the property or its contents

The
cottage is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 10am
on the day of departure.

If
for any reason it is not possible to take up the reservation the
whole rent is payable. If however sufficient notice is given to
enable the cottage to be re-let your money will be returned, less
a handling charge of £20, the deposit and any expenses incurred.
