6. Local policing – update from Neighbourhood Partnership Sergeant Daniel Bishop
7. Planning Applications:
7.1 6/8/18/109: North Hill – Proposed silage pit and creation of new field access together with associated works
7.2 6/40/18/113: Pit Pony Cottage – Application to modify Section 106 Agreement under 6/43/14/101 to retain agricultural occupancy condition on Pit Pony Cottage and to enable land tied under the existing Section 106 Agreement to be held in separate ownership
7.3 Other Planning Matters
8. To consider highways and transport matters, including monitoring precautionary gritting routes, and an update from SIDS Working Party
9. To consider audio recording of future meetings
10. To discuss permitted development rights for shale gas exploration
11. To identify a suitable “Thank you” gift for Marlene Allinson – previous clerk – for her years of service
12. To arrange cleaning of the War Memorial prior to the Centenary Commemoration

14.1 To note that Southern Electric have billed £29.70 by direct debit for electricity supply to the toilets up to 13 September
14.2 To pay the Moorland Hall £11.25 for September room hire
14.3 To pay Community Council for Somerset £4,276 for the 8 parish Housing Needs survey
14.4 To pay PKF Littlejohn £240 for the Annual Governance and Accountability Return for the year ended 31 March 2018
14.5 To consider an allowance for the clerk’s telephone calls rather than actual itemised costs

15.1 Clerk’s report on correspondence received and meetings attended
15.2 Councillors report on correspondence received and meetings attended
16. Items for the next Agenda – to include presentation from Steve Perry – Empty Homes Officer
